According to an article by Theo Karantsalis published in the Miami Herald, the City of Miami Springs killed dozens of raccoons from the city owned Miami Springs Golf Course. They weren`t trapped and relocated to the Ludlam canal or to the Everglades (where pythons are killing small mammals at an alarming rate). They were legally killed.
