As you know, Fair Havens has lost 52 of its residents to COVID-19. At one point, Fair Havens led the entire State of Florida with the highest number of fatalities at a nursing home. Right now, Fair havens stands as the second worst nursing center in the State of Florida in terms of COVID-19 related fatalities.
The Miami Herald just did an in depth review of the outbreak at Fair havens as the author, Meghan Bobrowsky said, “left more people dead than any modern day Florida mass shooting.”
