The Tele-ER option allows anyone to talk to a board-certified Emergency Room physician 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer, with a camera. “The great advantage of Tele-ER is that it provides immediate access to medical care. We want our patients to know that we are here for them around the clock, 365 days a year for their medical needs,” said Michael Bell, chief executive officer of Hialeah Hospital.
