In this crazy world, trying to live with a worldwide Pandemic, Hialeah Hospital is making it easier for patients to make an ER visit right from their home.

Hialeah Hospital announced the launch of its new Tele-ER service for patients unsure of whether to come to the emergency room.  The Tele-ER option allows anyone to talk to a board-certified Emergency Room physician 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer, with a camera. “The great advantage of Tele-ER is that it provides immediate access to medical care.  We want our patients to know that we are here for them around the clock, 365 days a year for their medical needs,” said Michael Bell, chief executive officer of Hialeah Hospital.  The Emergency Center at Hialeah Hospital is dedicated to serving all patients in the community in need of medical assistance.  Access is a call away at 1-833-4-TELE-ER (1-833-483-5337)
