The cone of concern now includes Broward County as the cone shifted a little further west and south.  Miami-Dade is still out of the cone.

Interests elsewhere in southern and central Florida should continue to monitor the progress of Dorian. Additional watches or warnings may be required for portions of the east coast of Florida today.

The models continue to call for a turn north at some point on Tuesday.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the folks in the northern Bahamas who will take the full force of Hurricane Dorian head on.
