Come join your fellow Miami Springers for our 1st Annual Miami Springs Turkey Bowl. In order to play we ask each participant to bring a new, unwrapped toy to be donated to Toys for Tots this holiday season.
Thats right folks, this years, Big Game takes place in our very own City. Join us, on Thanksgiving at 10:00 a.m. on Prince Field, for some pig-skin, a little rough housing and an all-around good time.
The Turkey Bowl game is more like a highly orchestrated “show” and brings with it the pageantry and shenanigans of the 3 stooges and professional wrestling.
FORMAT:
Teams of 6 or 7 people.
Twohand tag football.
We DONT worry about being too competitive, BUT smack talk is encouraged.
Feel free to bring your own means of hydrating yourself.
Register yourself or a full team.
Snacks & baked goods provided by Casa Espino & proceeds go to Relay for Life.
RULES:
Depending on the number of teams we have, i.e. 4 teams – each game will be 20 minutes w/ 5 minute Quarters.
There will be playoffs for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
Bragging rights for the year!
We will have a kick off in each game.
4 downs and generous earnings of those 1st downs.
