Missing Person Alert: This is Leslie Thomas Ruff`s brother, Donnie. He has been missing since Sunday and the family is very worried. According to the family, he suffers from schizophrenia, and without his medication, he can become disoriented and confused. He might be riding a heavy-duty Mongoose bike that is white with blue trim and a basket attached to the handle bars. He could be in the Miami Springs/Hialeah area or the Downtown area. Please take another look at his picture. I`m sure he`s familiar to many of you as he`s been riding his bike through Springs for over 20 years. He lives on Wren Avenue and rides his bike almost daily.
