Triana Florio has been on a mission to have an epic parade to honor the seniors of Miami Springs Senior High. Everyone’s world has been turned upside down due to the Coronavirus, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still honor the accomplishments of the graduating seniors of Miami Springs Senior High. We are very pleased to share, that despite the Coronavirus and many roadblocks, Triana has been able to successfully coordinate (along with the help of many other people) a wonderful tribute to the Miami Springs Senior High Golden Hawks Class of 2020.

All Graduates Welcome!
NOTE: All local grads are welcome. We know most of the participants will be MSSH grads, but all grads are welcome. Columbus, MSSH, Doral, Mater, public, private, charter, you are all welcome to participate.

Parade Route
– Starting at Dove Avenue and Lenape Drive, the procession will travel East on Dove Avenue to North Royal Poinciana Boulevard then turn right.
– North Royal Poinciana Boulevard to South Esplanade Drive then turn right.
– South Esplanade Drive to Deer Run then turn left.
– Deer Run to Fairway Drive then turn right.
– Fairway Drive to Curtiss Parkway then turn right.
– Curtiss Parkway to NW 40 Street then turn left.
– NW 40 Street to NW 62 Avenue then turn left.
– NW 62 Avenue to NW 38 Terrace then turn right.
– NW 38 Terrace to NW 67 Avenue/Ludlam Drive then turn right.
– Ludlam Drive to Westward Drive then turn right.
– Westward Drive to Lenape Drive then turn left.
– Lenape Drive to Heron Avenue then turn right.
– Heron Avenue to North Royal Poinciana Boulevard then turn right.
– North Royal Poinciana Boulevard to Dove Avenue then turn right.
– Dove Avenue to Lenape Drive which is the end point for the procession.

Areas to park
– Dove Avenue (both sides from Lenape Drive to North Royal Poinciana Boulevard)
– Lenape Drive (school side from Dove Avenue to Heron Avenue)
– Heron Avenue (school side from Lenape Drive to North Royal Poinciana Boulevard)
– Deer Run (golf course side from South Esplanade Drive to Fairway Drive)
In the aforementioned areas, the occupants should stay in their vehicles and maintain a safe distance between vehicles.
Note: As an alternative, family members can also use the median area on Westward Drive from Hammond Drive to Lenape Drive. However, with the addition of the bike path and lights, this area is not conducive to parking. Family members should park at the Miami Springs Community Center and walk to the median area on Westward Drive from Hammond Drive to Lenape Drive. All attendees should adhere to social distancing guidelines at all times.
