According to the CDC, “fully vaccinated people can resume activities without wearing a mask or physically distancing, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance.”

Have You Been Fully Vaccinated?

According to the CDC, people are considered fully vaccinated as follows:

  • 2 weeks after the second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines
  • 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine

KEY MESSAGES

BACK TO NORMAL
If you’ve already gotten the vaccine, you can start living life as you normally did.  Of course, if you travel in a plane, bus, train, etc., you may be required to wear a mask.  Also, local businesses may require you to wear a mask just as many require you to wear shoes and a shirt.

GET THE VACCINE
Listen, this is a FREE country.  If you don’t want to get the vaccine and want to risk catching the vaccine it’s a free country.  You have the right to live freely and risk catching a virus. You don’t have to get a vaccine.  Of course, the smart thing to do to protect yourself AND those around you is to get the vaccine.  Again, in a free country, it’s your choice.
