AVERAGE HOME SALE
The average home sold in the first six month of 2019 was a 3 bed, 2 bath home, with 1,691 sq ft living space and sold for $411,000.
Looking at the first 6 months of 2019, we break down how many homes sold within different price ranges:
Three homes sold for under $300,000. These were all homes with just one bathroom and an average of 927 sq ft of living space.
Thirty homes sold between $300,000 – $400,000. These homes averaged 2.9 bedrooms, 1.7 baths, and 1,401 sq ft of living space. These were among the fastest sellers.
Twenty six homes sold between $400,000 – $500,000. These homes averaged 3.2 bedrooms, 2.2 baths, and 1,818 sq ft of living space.
Five homes sold between $500,000 – $600,000. These homes averaged 3.6 bedrooms, 2.6 baths, and 2,183 sq ft of living space.
Two homes sold for over $600,000. These homes averaged 4.5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and 4,359 sq ft of living space.
MOST EXPENSIVE HOME SOLD
In the first six month of 2019, the most expensive home sold was a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with 3,487 sq ft of living space on a 15,400 sq ft lot located at 1099 Nightingale Avenue. The home sold for $760,000.
