The former Eastern Federal Credit Union Building located at 700 South Royal Poinciana Boulevard in Miami Springs, just sold for $16.25 million according to the South Florida Business Journal. According to the article, the 10 story building had last sold in 2010 for $8.3mm. That`s a jump of nearly 100% in just 5 years.
