Over four engaging weeks, you’ll discover essential strategies for boosting happiness, building social skills, and dealing with emotions effectively. Learn the importance of fostering meaningful connections, how to navigate social media wisely, and how to embrace a healthier lifestyle through exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness in ways that you actually ENJOY and that fit your unique needs— your wellness journey starts here!

Course will be held in Miami Springs at 237 Westward Drive. This is a four week course that begins Sunday, October 12 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. and for the 3 following Sundays. 50% discount for parents with 2+ teens. Send an email to Kaylee@wellnessafterschool.com to get a discount code.
