In addition\, the City fulfills its publishing requirements for legal notices in the generally circulated Daily Business Review and the Miami Herald\, additionally on its Official Website.  The City utilizes the Gazette for courtesy notices\, City’s events\, and local City updates. Funds were budgeted in the FY22/23 Budget pursuant to Section §31.11 (E)(6)(c) of the City Code. \nB) Recommendation by Public Works that Council authorize the issuance and/or execution of a purchase order to Petersen Industries\, a sole source provider\, as there is only one source (proof attached) for the required in an amount not to exceed $30\,000.000 for the hydraulic parts for the cranes\, pursuant to Section §31.11 (E)(6)(c) of the City Code \nC) Resolution – A Resolution Of The Mayor And The City Council Of The City Of Miami Springs\, Florida\, Approving A First Amendment To The Agreement With Metro Express\, Inc.
