The Community Outreach Day – Hope & Support Event takes place on June 12, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Change Your Future located at 4471 NW 36 Street, Suite 4475 in Miami Springs, bringing together community organizations and partners to provide resources, support services, education, and opportunities for individuals and families.
