G-Five Training + Wellness wants you to improve your health through movement.

G-Five Training + Wellness is known as the "NO BURPEE" zone.  No Burpees.  No jumping.  Running optional.

They focus on strength training without injury.

They also help you to look younger while effectively slowing the aging process.

As Garcia explains, "it's a cardio based strength training program."  They avoid the really heavy weights.  They prefer repetition for strength training.

If you want to train, but want to avoid Burpees and Jumping and where running is optional, this is definitely the place to go.  And they have all the equipment you'll want without the abuse you don't want.

As you can see in the video above, G-Five Training + Wellness has all the great equipment you'll want.  But the important thing is the training you'll receive for proper form and injury prevention.  Train and strengthen the entire body safely.

They teach you how to workout the entire body, even from a seated position depending on your mobility. The gym is designed to push you to your limits and workaround any limitations.

Keeping consistent with the idea of strength training through movement, G-Five also features a Yoga room.  It's important to strengthen your body, but if your body is inflexible and/or too tight, you're more susceptible to injury.

The Yoga room provide G-Five clients the ability to stretch their body for improved flexibility and quality stress relief.


In addition to getting in great shape, you're supporting a local business owned by a local Miami Springs / VG couple.

Tucked away south of the Miami Springs golf course you will find the most excellent gym experience in all of South Florida.  Owner and physical trainer William is highly knowledgable and quite experienced in designing the most effective individualized fitness program to meet your lifestyle goals.  I am quite impressed with my personal resuts and highly recommend his services to all. 


I have finally found a place for me!  What an awesome gym:  I really can't say enough about this place.  Willy the owner and trainer is just awesome.  He has the perfect personality, and of course the the knowldge, to do what he does.  he makes you feel so comfortable , because just starting out can be so intimidating, while also pushing you.  This place is for everyone.  Small group setting and allot of personal attention.  Totally worth it.


Love this gym!  Coach William is very knowledgeable and full of energy.  The workouts are organized and thorough.  he gives each member a lot of individual attention and encouragement.  Warm, friendly atmosphere.  No pressure.  Very clean.
