Miami Springs Senior High and Miami Springs Middle School appear to be heading toward major changes. A letter dated December 8, 2025, stated the following:
Dear Parents:
We want to inform you of changes that have been proposed for this school’s attendance boundaries for the 2025-2026 school year. The students, who may be affected, live within the area(s) identified on the attached map. (See further below.)
To ensure that you, as parents, have all the information you need concerning these proposed recommendations, and to allow you to ask any questions you may have about these proposed changes, we have scheduled a special meeting to discuss this matter with you. This meeting will take place as follows:

Recently, there have been lots of rumors about changes coming to the two schools. Hopefully, the meeting on Thursday, January 15th will shut down rumors and provide long term definitive answers.
