Miami-Dade Property records show that an empty lot located at 281 Hunting Lodge Drive sold on January 28th for $1.24 Million.
The property is located at the corner of Hunting Lodge Drive and Sunset Way. And while the lot has an unusual triangular shape, it does feature 20,506 square feet of land or nearly twice the size of your typical Miami Springs residential lot.
This continues to show the demand for Miami Springs properties and how desirable our community has become.
This sets a new high price for an empty residential lot (albeit a very large lot) in Miami Springs.
We look forward to seeing what new home is developed on the property. After paying $1.24 Million for the land, we expect it will likely be a large two story home to maximize the investment by the new property owner.
