River Cities Regatta – Chili Cook-Off
The Chili Cook-Off takes place during the River Cities Regatta on April 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Circle Park in Miami Springs where guests can sample chili entries for $15 and vote for their favorite, with proceeds benefiting Miami Springs Boy Scout Troop 334.
