- Service & Yard Awards: 25-Year Service Award for Roberto Gonzalez (Public Works Street Supervisor) and October 2026 Yard of the Month Award to the Eusebio Family (555 Hunting Lodge Drive).
- Police Collective Bargaining Agreements:
- Resolution approving the 2026-2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) for Police Officers and Sergeants (includes a 5% COLA, preserved step plan, updated shift differentials, increased uniform/equipment reimbursement, and parental leave).
- Resolution approving the 2026-2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement for Police Lieutenants.
- Civil Service Handbook Amendment: Resolution amending the Civil Service Employee Handbook regarding vacation leave accrual policies and procedures (4/5 vote required).
- City Agreement Amendment: Resolution approving a second amendment to the agreement with Bermello, Ajamil & Partners, LLC.
- Charter Requirement / City Manager Vote: Annual Vote of Confidence for City Manager JC Jimenez as required by Section 4.02(2) of the City Charter.
- Community Discussion: Discussion regarding the City of Miami Springs Resident Guide.
