F) Recommendation – Recommendation by Public Works that Council approves an
increase to the existing open blanket purchase order #220065 to Thermal Concepts, in the amount
of $14,000.00, approved under the authority of the City Manager, William Alonso, as an emergency
procurement purchase, for maintenance and repairs for various air conditioning units – City-wide
