Join Commissioner Natalie Milian Orbis for the Literacy Fair on Saturday, January 31 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Miami Springs Circle Park. Celebrate Florida’s Literacy Week with book giveaways, arts and crafts, raffles, free food, pet adoption, face painting, and more for the whole family.
