Nat’l Prescription Take Back and Driver’s License info
This one-day effort is intended to bring national focus to the issue of increasing pharmaceutical controlled substance abuse.
ï‚· The program is anonymous.
ï‚· If left in original containers, remove personal information from label.
ï‚· Prescription and over the counter solid dosage medications, i.e. tablets and capsules accepted.
ï‚· Keep all liquids in original container, tightly capped to prevent leakage.
ï‚· Intra-venous solutions, injectables, and syringes will not be accepted.
ï‚· Illicit substances such as marijuana or methamphetamine are not a part of this initiative.
