Together We Ride: Childhood Cancer Awareness Month Community Bike Ride
Join the Miami Springs Police Department in observance of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month for a scenic community bike ride! This meaningful event is designed to bring families, neighbors, and local officers together to ride for awareness, hope, and a healthier future for the next generation.
The bike ride is scheduled for Sunday, September 27, 2026, beginning at 8:00 AM. Grab your bicycle and helmet, wear gold/yellow to show support for Childhood Cancer Awareness, and come ride alongside your community!

- 📍 Start Location: Miami Springs Community Center (Rec Center) – 1401 Westward Dr., Miami Springs, FL 33166
- 🏁 Finish Location: Miami Springs Police Department – 201 Westward Dr., Miami Springs, FL 33166
- 🥤 Perks: Light refreshments will be provided at the end of the ride!
- 💵 Cost: FREE
🗺️ 3-Mile Ride Route:
The ride will wind safely through our beautiful neighborhood streets following this route:
- Start: Miami Springs Recreation Center (1401 Westward Dr.)
- Apache St. & Oriole Ave.
- Oriole Ave. and Hammond Dr.
- Hammond Dr. and Bluebird Ave.
- Bluebird Ave. and Lenape Dr.
- Lenape Dr. and Westward Dr.
- Finish: Heading East on Westward Dr. to end at Miami Springs Police Department (201 Westward Dr.)
