Saturday, August 23, 2025, was the 99th anniversary of the incorporation of the City of Miami Springs (originally named Country Club Estates). Happy Birthday Miami Springs!
As part of the celebrations of not just the 99th birthday, but the approaching 100 year anniversary, the community held a Centennial Bike Ride Through Miami Springs.
The ride kicked off at the Historic Curtiss Mansion along the beautiful Miami Springs Golf Course and included stops at historic Miami Springs landmarks including the Hotel Country Club (aka FairHavens), the Marine Corps Memorial, Lua Curtiss House, and more.
At each stop, the riders were greeted by young story tellers sharing the history of the landmark and dressed in unique 1920s outfits.
We want to thank everyone who came out to enjoy a beautiful Saturday morning bike ride in our magical Miami Springs community. And we want to thank everyone who helped to make this bike ride possible.
