We had an incredible time celebrating the dedication, hard work, and commitment of our amazing team at this year’s Holiday Employee Party!
We want to express our heartfelt appreciation for Mayor Spencer Deno IV’s outstanding leadership. Your guidance continues to inspire and strengthen our community. A big thank you to our supportive council, our Village Clerk Maritza, office staff Macbeth and Zoila, public works team, recreation directors, maintenance crew, and the Beautification and Planning and Zoning Boards for their ongoing efforts to enhance our village. We are also deeply grateful for the dedication of the men and women of the Virginia Gardens Police Department, including Chief Hernandez, Lt. Morales, our detective, school resource officer, and all our VGPD personnel. Your hard work truly makes a difference!
A special highlight of the evening was a wonderful presentation on the history of Virginia Gardens by local historian Ken Wilde. We are so grateful for Ken’s knowledge and passion, as well as his daughter’s incredible support in creating a fantastic PowerPoint that brought our history to life.
