Six Miami Springs residents filed suit recently to stop the vote on April 8th regarding the sale by the City of Miami Springs of part of the former James Medical Center parking lot that is owned by the City.
The County, according to a recent article by Theo Karantsalis, has responded to the plaintiffs request basically saying it`s too late and too close to the election.
