The 24 hour coin laundry next to Roman’s Pizza was closed Saturday afternoon after a BMW 328i 4 door sedan crashed into the location. The BMW damaged several laundry machines and part of an interior wall.
Miami Springs Police responded to the scene and shut down the location. According to a WSVN report, one person was taken to a nearby hospital.
A female that appeared to be the driver of the BMW remained at the scene.
The BMW was successfully backed out of the 24 hour Coin Laundry center.
Miami Springs Police were observed talking to the driver and witnesses at the scene.
