Eastbound NW 36th Street was shut down early Thursday morning at NW 72nd Avenue due to a car accident. As you can see in the pictures below, there was an SUV that that hit a tree along the median of the overpass.
Virginia Gardens Police and Miami-Dade Police were on the scene handling the situation.
