Among the standout performances was sophomore Yanice Vargas, who surpassed her personal bests and secured an impressive 21st place out of over 120 competitors.
However, the spotlight truly shone on senior Emma Vanarman, who not only defended her title from the previous year but did so in remarkable fashion, emerging as the Regional Champion in both the Traditional and Olympic Lift categories.
With her sights set on further glory, Emma is now gearing up for the State Weightlifting Championships in Lakeland, FL, this weekend.
