Starting tomorrow at 9AM, the Florida VPK Lottery will begin at Springview Elementary's cafeteria. To be eligible, children must have turned four years old by September 1st. Before participating in the lottery, parents or guardians must complete the initial school entry registration requirements and obtain a certificate of eligibility, which can be done through vpkhelp.org.
