According to an article published by Theo Karantsalis in the Miami Herald, Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judge, Monica Gordo, recused herself from the upcoming hearing on the lawsuit by Fred Suco. As you know, Fred Suco has sued the City of Miami Springs, the city clerk, and the mayor regarding the petition process required to qualify to run for office.
According to the article, the judge cancelled the hearing. A new judge has not been posted on the Miami-Dade Clerk`s website.
