Miami Springs Catcher Signs with UM

Miami Springs catcher Yasmani Grandal signed with the University of Miami. Grandal hit .443 with three home runs, 23 RBI and 16 doubles last season and was named to the All-Dade first team each of the past two seasons. He is widely considered to be the top defensive catcher in the county.
