Election Results: Miami Springs Voters Deny Large

Nearly 72% of voters voted YES and denied the building of large condos within Miami Springs. Now, any building that includes more than 2 residential dwelling units shall not exceed 3 stories and a maximum of 40-feet in height.

3,329 Miami Springs citizens voted on the issue with 2,386 voters choosing YES on the Amendment issue. 943 citizens or 28.33% voted no.
