Miami Springs Home Values Increase 1.1%

According to real estate website Zillow.com, home values within the City of Miami Springs have increased 1.1% over last year. While not a huge leap, it`s much better than the downward spiral we`ve seen since 2006.

Zillow reports that the current home value index of a Miami Springs home for the month of May (the most recent month included) is $214,400

Let`s hope that our home values continue to rise.
