The City Hall Building will be undergoing mold remediation. (Now’s a good time since most of the offices have been closed to the public.)
In the meantime, mobile office trailers have been setup on Park Street to accommodate the Miami Springs Police Department. In addition, Medley is lending the City of Miami Springs the Medley mobile command station.
Most of the City Hall staff will be relocating to the Rec Center.
The City estimates the repairs will take 2 – 3 months.
