After a successful grand opening, the folks at G-FIVE Wellness and Training are expanding their Yoga classes. Here’s the new schedule:
On Thursdays you can join the Guided Meditation Yoga class at 7pm. The class focuses on deep stretching and mindfulness. This class helps to reduce stress, both physically and mentally. It’s a great way to get centered from all the things pulling at your brain…Especially your phone.
G-FIVE Wellness and Training invites people from all levels to join their Saturday Vinyasa Yoga class. Vinyasa Yoga, sometimes called “Flow Yoga”, focuses on movement from one posture to the next. Some of the keys of Vinyasa Yoga include focus, variety, comfort, and fun. Vinyasa Yoga is a great way to get started with Yoga and is highly recommended for beginners.
COMFORTABLE YOGA ROOM
Keeping consistent with the peace and serenity of Yoga, G-FIVE Wellness and Training has a dedicated, air conditioned Yoga Room. The setting provides a peaceful environment for you to stretch and relax your mind. You don’t have to worry about grass, bugs, and the South Florida humidity.
