On April 8th there will be a special election on whether or not the city can sell part of a parking lot next to the old James Medical Clinic. The current owner of the old James Medical Clinic wants to make the property whole in order to build a new hotel.
According to an article by Theo Karantsalis, 6 residents have filed suit to try to stop the election.
