WSVN 7 is reporting that a person was struck by a vehicle this morning in Virginia Gardens. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue landed at the VG Field next to the Village Hall and airlifted an individual that was struck by the vehicle.
According to the WSVN report, one of the lanes on NW 36th Street is blocked. That indicates that the individual struck by the vehicle probably occurred near NW 36th Street.
No word on the condition of the person struck by the vehicle.
