On the morning of Tuesday, November 2, 2021, between 4:45 am and 5am, there were two burglaries along the 500 block of Raven Avenue according to Miami Springs Police.  The police say both burglaries involved the same subject.

BURGLARY INCIDENT 1

  • Tuesday, November 2, 2021:  4:45am
  • 500 Block of Raven Avenue
  • Male – 5’9″ – 6’0″ tall – Thin build – possibly wears glasses – Last seen wearing: dark hooded sweater, blue jeans

Victim was working out in the detached garage in the backyard when he received a “ring alert” showing the unidentified male subject in his backyard.  The victim banged on the garage door causing the subject to run out of the backyard via the rear alleyway.

BURGLARY INCIDENT 2

  • 500 Block of Raven Avenue
  • Male – 5’9″ – 6’0″ tall – Thin build – possibly wears glasses – Last seen wearing: dark hooded sweater, blue jeans

As officers were responding to 510 Raven Avenue, Officer Estok observed the victim’s vehicle (driver’s door) ajar.  It was later discovered to have been burglarized by the same unknown male subject.
