The National Weather Service has issued a “Tornado Watch” for South Florida till 5am.
The National Weather Service advises residents to keep your smartphone charged and close by this evening in order for you to hear any Tornado Warning alerts should a Tornado be in the area overnight.
As many might remember, Miami Springs was hit by a tornado nearly 3 years ago. It caused severe damage to several homes within the bird section.
