Driving around the Circle has become what I call playing a game of chicken. It’s especially true once you’re actually driving on the Circle. If you’re on the Circle and approaching one of the intersections, you often have to “play chicken” with the vehicles approaching the Circle that have no intention of actually yielding to the vehicles already on the Circle.
