According to the Leonard Real Estate Group, there were 47 single family homes sold between January 1st through June 30th in Miami Springs, Florida. The average home had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, was built in 1957, with 1,920 square feet of living space on a 9,564 square foot lot.

New Record Sale
A home built in 2022 located on 81 South Royal Poinciana Boulevard sold this year for a record price of $2,325,000. That home features 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, with 4,887 square feet of living area on a 15,825 square foot lot.

Homes over $1 Million
What once was a rarity, has now become commonplace with 9 homes that sold for more than $1 million and under $2 million so far this year. The average million dollar plus home features 4 bedrooms, 3.4 baths, 2,694 square feet of living area on a 10,935 square foot lot. The average $1 million + home was 60 years old.
Homes over $900,000
There were three homes over $900,000 and under $1,000,000 that have sold in Miami Springs so far this year. The average $900k plus home features 3 bedrooms, 2.3 baths, 2,351 square feet of living area on an 11,246 square foot lot. The average $900k + home was 62 years old.
Homes over $800,000
