The former Holiday Inn Express and current Onyx Hotel located at 5125 NW 36th Street in Miami Springs was recently sold for $16.2 Million according to the industry website HotelBusiness.com.
According to the website, the property was purchased by an “international institutional buyer.” The property had previously changed hands back in 2019 for $10.3 Million according to Miami-Dade property records. That’s a 60% increase in value in just five years.
The 6 story property features 110 rooms on a 29,400 square foot lot of land adjacent to Miami International Airport.
