4th of July Weekend in Miami Springs

Here’s a quick recap of the 4th of July events in Miami Springs weekend.

FIREWORKS CANCELLED

First, there will NOT be fireworks on the golf course this year.  As we reported earlier this year, the fireworks show was cancelled.  The Golf Course is currently undergoing a nearly $4 Million renovation.  As such, it would be impossible to host the annual fireworks tradition on the golf course.

July 4th Fireworks Cancelled This Year

CLASSIC CAR SHOW ON THE CIRCLE

The annual 4th of July Classic Car Show on the Circle is typically held the day before the holiday or on July 3rd.  However, this year, the car show is being held on Sunday, July 2nd.

The location is still on the Miami Springs Circle.  And the car show will be held from 6pm – 10pm Sunday evening.  No cost to spectators.

4th of July Parade

The parade is still a go.  The parade line-up begins at 9am at the corner of Esplanade and Westward.  The parade itself begins promptly at 10 am.
