WPLG Local 10 is reporting that the Miami Springs Doctor that was charged with a hate crime back in 2021, has reached a plea deal with prosecutors.
According to the report, Dr. Jennifer Wright accepted a plea offer for misdemeanor battery and criminal mischief. The plea agreement includes one year of probation.
According to WPLG, the charges for witness tampering were dismissed.
You may recall that Dr. Wright was initially charged with a felony hate crime for an incident that occurred at the Hialeah Drive Publix back in 2021. However, in the State Attorney’s memo, it was clear they did not feel they had enough evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a felony hate crime had occurred.

This is not true at all. The man who accused her of this has been arrested multiple times for fraud, drug use, and making false accusations to sue rich people for their money. His initial arrest report said nothing about racial slurs, battery, or keying the car. He then a month later filed a report with all lies. The family also has a ring video of the prosecutors trying to plant evidence at their house. The hialeah pd is notoriously known for being corrupt.
