62 Year Old Charged with Lewd and Lascivious Molestation of a Child

Phaisan Pongkiatsakun was arrested by Miami Springs Police this week and charged with Lewd and Lascivious Molestation on a child under 12 years old according to Miami-Dade Corrections Records.

WPLG Local 10 is also reporting that the 62 year old Pongkiatsakun allegedly gave a 7 year old girl $6 to stay quiet about his alleged sexual abuse on her.

According to the WPLG report, the man lives in Virginia Gardens and was arrested in Miami Springs.  The abuse allegedly occurred in a “loft area” of a local Miami Springs business.

While not explicitly called out in the report, an image posted by WPLG Local 10 showed the  alleged child abuser’s photo in front of the Suvi Thai Restaurant located along NW 36th Street.
