A strong smell of gas created a temporary evacuation at Springview Elementary during the cold Wednesday morning on January 22nd.
Emergency crews including Miami Springs Police and Miami-Dade Fire Rescue arrived at the scene immediately.
Fortunately, the all clear was given and students and teachers were allowed to return to class without incident.
