The City of Miami Springs Police reported another drug arrest this week. According to the police, Roger Antonio Cuadra, 38, ran a stop sign on Saturday, October 9th. (The location of the stop sign was not shared.)
After pulling Cuadra over for running the stop sign, a Miami Springs Police Officer noticed a strong scent of marijuana coming from the vehicle. According to MSPD, Cuadra consented to having his vehicle searched by the Police.
Upon searching the vehicle, Miami Springs Police reportedly found “a duffle bag and two clear containers with a total of 30 bags of cannabis in the vehicle’s trunk as well as cash in the cup holder.”
Roger Antonio Cuadra was charged with Cannabis Trafficking More than 25lbs.
Cuadra was able to post bond and was no longer in jail. He has a hearing scheduled for November 8, 2021 at 9 am at the Justice Building.
