ConnectCRE announced the sale of the NW 36th Street Burger King located on LeJeune Road.  According to the report, “the transaction completed a three-property assemblage totalling $15.5 Million.”

We reported back in April how the Burger King and Miami Subs had closed down. The Miami Subs Grill property was sold on March 24, 2025 for $2.6 Million.  The triangularly shaped property sits on a 23,417 square foot lot.

The Office Depot property sold in February of last year for $9.2 Million.

The Burger King property sold for an estimated $3.7 Million.  That’s three adjacent properties sold for a combined total of $15.5 Million.

As we asked in April, what’s coming next?

We still don’t know, but it seems obvious something new is coming?

Nevertheless, you’ll want to stay tuned.

What would you like to see open at these two locations?
