The Suntrust Bank on the Circle is officially closed.
Current Suntrust customers can use the ATM at the BB&T Bank located on Westward Drive without paying ATM fees.
This comes as Suntrust and BB&T move forward with their merger into a new bank called Truist.
In the meantime, the former Suntrust location on the Circle sits vacant with the former ATM machine boarded up with plywood.
Hopefully, this will become the location for a new bank or business and not converted into another multi-housing complex. We don’t need more apartments and crime in Miami Springs.
