We want to congratulate the two newest members of the Miami Springs Police Department: Miami Springs native, Christian Aguila and Miami native Patrick Fieffe.
Officer Christian Aguila was born in 2003 and raised here in Miami Springs. He attended Springview Elementary. His parents both attended Miami Springs Senior High and his mom, Angie Aguila, works at the Miami Springs Senior Center. Christian’s grandfather is a contributor to MiamiSprings.com and historian at the Miami Springs Historical Society and Museum, Ken Wilde. Join us in congratulating Officer Aguila as he protects the community he grew up in.
Officer Patrick Fieffe is a Miami native. He graduated from William H Turner Tech and then joined the United States Marine Corp Reserves where he still serves. According to Miami Springs Police Chief Jimmy Deal, while Officer Fieffe was attending the police academy, he was awarded the Officer Joseph Flores top male physical fitness award where he performed 82 situps in 60 seconds. Let’s give Officer Fieffe a warm welcome as he works to keep our community safe.
Congratulations to both of the new officers. We thank them for choosing to commit themselves to our community. And we pray for their safety.
God bless you both.
